1. Do you deliver all over India?

 Yes, we offer Pan-India delivery for all our products

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, Excluding Sunday, depending on the product and customization.

3. Will I receive tracking details?

 Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

4. Do you offer express delivery?

 Express delivery may be available for select products and locations. Please contact us directly to check availability.

Return / Exchange Policy Questions

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Refunds/vouchers for customer-initiated order cancellations differ depending on the nature of the product and the timing of the cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless Crafting Gifts is unable to fulfill them. If you change your mind after placing an order, the amount of money will be held in your account for redemption towards surprise(s) within 7 Days from the day you placed the order.

2. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

 In such cases, please contact us within Immediately of receiving the product along with photos. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as applicable Provide a Complete Unboxing video of the Parcel ( unedited ) to Claim any issue.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are handmade and personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. How will I receive my refund (if applicable)?

In case of an approved refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
