Shipping Policy
– All orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days of payment receipt, based on the type of gift ordered. If you define a future delivery date, your order will be shipped on that date.
– We ship orders through respected national couriers with tracking information. Once the order has been shipped, our system will provide you with tracking details based on the service selected for delivery.
– We recommend dividing your items into one order. Your package will be shipped at your own expense, but special precautions are taken to protect fragile items.
– We pay special attention to packaging gifts according to their packaging specifications, reducing the possibility of damage in transit.
– You will most likely receive your physical gift order between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Delivery days are excluded from weekends or Sundays. Timelines for delivery are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays imposed by our courier partners and transporters due to weather, strikes, pandemic containment measures, and so on.
– If you order an e-gift, you will receive it virtually via email, WhatsApp, or phone call, depending on the surprise you choose.
